Integrated Policy and Corporate Responsibility Manual
To increase competitiveness in increasingly demanding markets, IMA has decided to establish an Integrated Policy, through which all its products are manufactured with the necessary Quality to satisfy the requirements of its Clients and the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards and respecting to the environment according to ISO 14.001.
This policy will be transmitted to the entire organization, to achieve the following objectives:
- Satisfied customers.
Deliver all our products complying with the quality requirements and deadlines set by the customer at a competitive cost.
- Goal "Zero Defects".
Work intensively on Advanced Quality Planning so that the whole organization works with the "Zero Defects" target.
- Continuous improvement.
Plan and execute the corresponding plans to introduce Continuous Improvement of the quality of products, processes, technologies and the Quality management system, as a regular work tool, thus ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of the company.
- Integrated Suppliers and Partners.
Inform our suppliers and partners of the importance they hold within the quality chain of our manufacturing and offer them collaboration so that they feel integrated into it.
- Training and motivation of staff.
Constantly update the training for all the personnel in the organization, to meet the requirements of each position and achieve the stipulated objectives, especially in relation to product safety.
- Impact on the society.
- Comply with the legal requirements, as far as possible, relative to satisfying the needs and expectations of the Community in which we are located, with regard to occupational health and the environment.
- Commitment to the environment.
Our commitment is based on three points:
- Commitment to protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution, through the proper management of our environmental aspects, such as: generation of waste, emission of smoke and minimization of consumption.
- Comply with laws, regulations and other standards to preserve the environment.
- Improve every day all environmental practices and the achievement of environmental objectives
With the achievement of these objectives, we are sure that we will have managed to position ourselves in preferred places in the current market and also introduce ourselves to new and more competitive ones.

- Objective and application scope
1.1. Objective
This document establishes the basic guidelines and lines of action in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility of the IMA1 Group that allow the formalization and realization of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the framework of the organization, its communication to stakeholders, and progressive systematization in all operational processes.
1.2. Application scope
This Manual (policy) is mandatory for all plants belonging to the IMA1 group.

2.1 Health and safety
Clean and safe workplaces, drug, alcohol and tobacco free
2.2 Respect for the rights of individuals and children
Fight against forced labour and child exploitation.
2.3 Fighting discrimination and promoting diversity
Fight against discrimination and harassment: Any sexual or psychological harassment, intimidation or any other conduct that affects the results of the work of a natural person or that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment
2.4 Freedom of association, trade union rights and collective bargaining rights
Support for the effective recognition of the right to collective agreements in the countries where it is applied. Fight against any form of discrimination, harassment or retaliation with respect to the representatives of the personnel or the unionists.
2.5 Environmental management
Respect for all local environmental laws and prohibition of the manufacture and sale of products that present an unacceptable risk to the health of individuals and to the environment.
2.6 Continuous improvement
Transparency and responsibility, commitment to the continuous improvement of our commitment in favour of sustainable development.
- Responsible business practices
3.1 Fight against anti-competitive practices
It is necessary that workers play with the same rules and that they refrain from entering into agreements with competitors in cartels, participating in price-setting practices, market sharing and bid rigging, and exchanging sensitive commercial data with competitors with a view to restricting the competition
3.2 Prohibition of any type of bribery
Consequently, IMA1 employees, as well as its administrators, Commercial Collaborators, consultants, agents, intermediaries or representatives are prohibited from offering or undertaking to offer, in exchange for or with a view to obtaining a contract or any other undue benefit of commercial or financial nature or any undue advantage, both directly or indirectly, any type of gift or gift in cash or otherwise, any invitation and entertainment, to any representative of a client or a supplier or to any third party, including journalists.
3.3 Conflict of interest
Consequently, it is not allowed to make any investment, both directly and indirectly, in a Commercial Partner working with IMA1, in the parent company of a supplier or in its subsidiaries. Neither can Commercial Collaborators lend money to IMA1 employees, nor offer them or give them directly or indirectly kickbacks or bribes.
3.4 Commitment to professionalism and quality
IMA1 establishes rigorous production and quality control standards to ensure that our products meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as customer demands. The objective of quality improvement motivates and trains all of us who work at IMA1, it is guided by our values and the IMA1 employees themselves are responsible for implementing these quality control procedures. However, proactivity is also key: vigilance and early communication to management of any perceived problems, such as defective parts or actual or potential production difficulties, as well as transparency, are central elements of our commercial conduct, production and delivery.
3.5 Confidentiality
At IMA1, we protect our information, our techniques, our Intellectual Property rights and, in general, our confidential and strategic information. We pay great attention to the integrity and security of our network and our computing devices, as well as to the exchange of information, whether carried out directly, through computer systems or on social media. Likewise, we respect the intellectual property and confidential information of third parties, as well as the confidentiality of their data, projects, trade secrets, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, including programs, images and publications.
3.6 Compliance with regulations and restrictions on exports and imports
We must act in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the import and export of goods, services, technologies and information, including re-exports and parallel trade. Possible restrictions may include, but are not limited to, prohibitions on imports or exports from or to a sanctioned country, shipments to a sanctioned country via a non-sanctioned country, and investments that affect sanctioned countries.
3.7 Conflict minerals
Conflict minerals are certain types of raw materials originating from specific regions where human rights violations and violent conflicts occur. Typically these conflict minerals are tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the surrounding areas. IMA1 and all of our Business Partners must actively avoid acquiring, trading, possessing or otherwise promoting the use of such conflict minerals.
3.8 Troubleshooting and prevention
The most important thing is to detect problems early to prevent violations and violations of laws and policies or to prevent them from happening again, if they happened previously. Therefore, risk awareness and understanding is essential in risk detection and prevention.
3.9 Ethical escalation policy
If an irregularity is detected in the application of this corporate responsibility manual, the person who detects it has the obligation to report it to the HR manager.
- Commitment to integrity
The training of key personnel is mandatory for all IMA1 personnel who are involved in government operations or who are in direct contact with public officials or authorities. Similarly, those workers working on special IMA1 projects will need to receive training on the code. If it deems it necessary, IMA1 may impose training on the code to certain Commercial Collaborators to make it mandatory. We hope that you will use this document as a platform to develop, implement, communicate and give life to the values that IMA1 considers universal and necessary to create an ethical and fair business environment for everyone.
